Hei! I've had an indoor avocado-tree for about a year now, and it's gotten about 65cm tall. It's been doing great most of the time, but now the leaves get brown after just a few days. At first it was just on the tips, but then they started to get brown near the trunk as well (as you can see by the photos). I've normally stayed away from the normal fertilizer since they're sensitive to salts, but I gave it some just a few days ago because I thought it might be natrium-deficiency. They keep getting browner, and the new sprout has also stopped growing. I've heard that they need alot of water, but I've also heard that I should be careful watering it because of root rot. It has a big pot, with leca stones mixed into the soil. I also read that it likes coffee- and tea-grounds? Adding some photos. Attachments | ||
