|I've heard it estimated that a mature avocado tree will open up about one million flowers each year, so you've got to figure only a very small percentage need to set fruit in order for the tree to be loaded. |
I'm from Glendora and I know our area is great for the Fuerte variety. So unless you're in a strange microclimate, you should have no problem there.
