Additional Information:

Originated 1928 from Lyon seed by A.G. Hazzard at Vista, California. Fruit season, April to July. Flavor, good to excellent. The tree grows slowly, reaches only 12-15 feet, begins bearing early and is a dependable producer. The crooked neck makes it unsuited for commercial packing. Some fruits may crack if left on tree too long.
